As a CRM Executive, you'll be an integral part of our marketing team, supporting our ambitious CRM strategy to boost online transactions, loyalty, and customer lifetime value. Your day-to-day will be hands-on and varied, focusing on email marketing campaign creation, testing, scheduling, deployment, and performance monitoring. Whether it's triggered, dynamic, or recurring campaigns, you'll have the opportunity to implement creative, data-driven solutions that engage our customers and drive multi-channel transactions.
Your role will include:
- Delivering effective CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications
- Coordinating with Trade Managers and design teams to ensure eye-catching creative assets
- Working alongside the broader marketing team to develop and refine campaigns
- Leveraging your expertise in A/B testing, ecommerce best practices, and CRM strategy to drive conversions and customer engagement
- Managing campaign implementation with a focus on cross-sell, upsell, and maximising customer value
What We're Looking For:
- Proven CRM experience, ideally in retail/ecommerce
- Expertise in A/B testing to optimise campaigns
- Hands-on with marketing automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar)
- Strong knowledge of CRM best practices and industry trends
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Essential Skills:
- Strong understanding of cross-sell/upsell techniques
- Experience in end-to-end campaign development
- Proficient in Google Analytics and Excel for performance tracking
- Able to work well under pressure and adapt to change
- Collaborative with key stakeholder management experience
