Located in Ottershaw our establishment offers an unparalleled experience amidst stunning surroundings.What you will be doingMarketing Campaigns and Digital CommunicationsSupport the development and execution of marketing campaigns across member leisure spa golf and resort audiences.Coordinate and create content for email marketing including weekly member newsletters and targeted campaign emails.Help drive online traffic and engagement through creative digital marketing activity including SEO-informed content campaign tracking and analytics support.Assist with seasonal promotions offers and digital initiatives to enhance engagement and conversion.Update and maintain website content ensuring pages offers and event details remain accurate and compelling.Coordinate influencer stays including communication briefing scheduling and content follow-up to ensure impactful and on-brand representation of the resort.Content Creation and Social MediaSupport the management of Foxhills social media channels by producing engaging on-brand posts stories videos and reels.Capture on-property content that showcases resort life events new offerings and member experiences.Assist with content planning photoshoots and filming to build a strong and diverse asset library.Maintain and organise photography video and design assets for easy use across the business.Track influencer activity and support amplification of creator content across Foxhills channels.Brand Support and Creative DevelopmentContribute to refining and elevating Foxhills tone of voice across communications.Act as a brand guardian ensuring all materials align with Foxhills identity messaging and premium positioning.Support the creation of brand materials presentations and templates for internal and external use.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the brand is represented consistently across guest touchpoints and member interactions.Collateral Design and PrintProduce high quality on-brand collateral such as posters menus brochures flyers signage and digital assets.Manage minor design updates using templates and brief external agencies when larger creative work is required.Update and maintain information on third-party platforms to ensure accurate brand representation.Events Promotions and ReportingAssist in promoting member and resort events through targeted communications collateral and digital activity.Support the marketing team during on-site events exhibitions roadshows photoshoots and filming.Produce monthly activity reports and assist with data analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.Skills and Experience RequirementsExperience in marketing content creation or communications within hospitality leisure lifestyle or similar sectors is desirable.Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging on-brand marketing copy.Confident using social media channels and producing multimedia content tailored to different audiences.Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.Experience with website content updates email marketing platforms and basic analytics is an advantage.Competent in producing and editing marketing materials for both digital and print.Experience using design tools such as Canva Adobe InDesign and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator) is preferred.A proactive curious mindset and a passion for creating fresh compelling marketing content.Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays if required by business needs.Benefits:Competitive salary packageCompany pension scheme Peoples PartnershipEnhanced Company Sick Pay Maternity and PaternityOpportunities for career advancement and professional developmentComplimentary Country Club Membership giving you access to facilities such as a newly refurbished gym pools spa fitness classes and more.Complimentary Country Club Membership for a partner/spouse and children after one years service.Staff discounts on dining including 50% off in in selected restaurants when on shift hotel stays and other amenities.Access to tur exclusive Employee Engagement platform which offers discounts and/or cask back on over 900 retailers a wellbeing centre recognition awards and much more.Employee assistance program with 24/7 assistance available.Anniversary stay a complimentary one night stay and breakfast for two at Foxhills.Birthday breakfast a complimentary breakfast for you and one other at one of our restaurants.Colleague social events including an annual staff party.Free on-site parkingFoxhills Collection is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
