We are pleased to be exclusively partnering with a forward thinking organisation in the clean energy and sustainability space. They operate in a fast paced, purpose led environment and are now looking for an Events and Marketing Manager who can bring structure, creativity and a calm head to a varied programme of activity. The Role This is a broad and hands on events and marketing role where you will shape and deliver a packed calendar of activity. One day you might be planning a board meeting or client visit, the next supporting industry exhibitions, internal engagement events or wider brand campaigns. You will work closely with colleagues across the business to develop compelling content, support marketing communications and ensure every touchpoint feels polished and on brand. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, loves seeing ideas through from concept to delivery and takes pride in creating experiences that run smoothly. The role is hybrid with three days a week in the Surrey office plus occasional travel across the UK and sometimes overseas. Key Responsibilities - Events and Marketing Manager • Plan and deliver a wide range of internal and external events across multiple locations• Manage logistics including venues, travel, catering and materials• Support marketing activity by developing content, collateral and communications• Coordinate guest lists, photography and post event reporting• Maintain plans, budgets and timelines across all projects• Work with internal teams to ensure all activity aligns with brand and messaging Your Background - Events and Marketing Manager • Experience delivering events of different scale and format• Strong organisational and time management skills• Confident communicator comfortable working with senior stakeholders and external partners• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach• Able to manage multiple projects and remain calm under pressure• Interest in sustainability or renewable energy Why You Should Apply If you enjoy a busy and varied role where your contribution is visible and your ideas are welcomed this is a fantastic opportunity.
