Chef De Partie – Cotswolds - Dining Pub
We are currently looking for an experienced Chef De Partie located in a beautiful Cotswolds village. Our client is an up-and-coming pub group with a real family feel. The successful Chef De Partie will be able to prioritise, multitask and have a passion for creativity. They will also be responsible for supervising junior chefs.

The Perks
The Chef De Partie will receive:
  • Basic salary of £32,500
  • Plus TRONC (approx. £5,000 per annum)

The Place
Our client is a traditional British inn with a modern twist set in a picturesque Cotswolds village. They serve locally sourced, seasonal food in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

The Person
The Chef De Partie will have:
  • Have experience at a similar level in a similar environment
  • High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.
  • Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen including COSHH and HACCP
  • Ideally be able to drive or live locally
  • Have a passion for fresh food and good attention to detail
