Were seeking a motivated and results-drivenTender Managerto join our Service & Installation cable business in the UK and Ireland.As a Tender Manager you will be responsible for the preparation coordination and submission of high-quality bids and tenders for Service UK&I projects and Service Level Agreements.What Youll DoManage the co-ordination preparation and submission of high-quality tenders for Service & Installation scopes and Service Level Agreements.Support Sales Manager with sales efforts and business development activities.Promote NKTs multiple capabilities across Service Business Line and ensure engineering excellence and value in all tenders.Negotiate terms and conditions with support from NKTs Legal Team.Provide client feedback and market intelligence to internal teams and leaders.What Youll BringDegree in Business Engineering or related field Ability to manage bids/tenders effectively with particular interest in energy/infrastructure Comprehensive understanding of commercial and contractual terms Proficient communication organization and stakeholder engagement skills Proficiency in MS Office and bid management tools HSE awareness and ability to travel occasionally across UK & IrelandWhy Join NKTBe part of a global leader in energy infrastructure Work on impactful projects across the UK & Ireland Collaborate with skilled teams in a lively supportive environmentAs a pre-requisite for application candidates must have the right to work in the UK and hold a current and valid passport.
