What We Need:
As a Floortender, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. Floortenders love people Youre sometimes the first to greet them, so we want you to give them a great first impression.
Disrepute is open until 3am Monday - Saturday and 1am Sunday, the role will require late night / early morning working.
This is a full time vacancy, with shifts based over 4 days, and a wage starting at £16 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly first impression.
- Serve drinks and food to customers on the floor, taking orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized seating area, clearing empty glasses, plates, and trash as needed.
- Engage with guests, providing information on menu items, drink specials, and promotions.
- Anticipate guest needs and promptly address any inquiries or requests.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Uphold all safety and hygiene regulations, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar and seating areas before and after service.
Skills and Experience:
- First-class knowledge of classic cocktails.
- High levels of fluency in English due to the bespoke nature of our service.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with any guest.
- Strong multitasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously during peak business hours.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to create a positive guest experience.
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and legal drinking age requirements.
