Our People Experience team provides solutions across Change management & communications Culture & ways of working Digital people experience and Future HR.Overview of the roleAs a manager in our team you will be responsible for managing the delivery of transformative projects for our clients taking an employee-centric approach to delivery. Youll work within a team to deliver innovative and insightful solutions showcasing best-practice insights to support successful client delivery. As a manager you will be responsible for providing day-to-day delivery support across project teams contributing to effective go-to market strategies and supporting development of our overall people consulting capability and solution offering by providing counselling and upskilling opportunities to our more junior team members. Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day project delivery across transformation projects by bringing solid project management capability and driving delivery discipline. Take ownership for project management activities such as workstream/project planning risk management and reporting.Manage and uphold client relationships instilling trust. Manage delivery team supporting effective teaming and upskilling more junior members of staff through on-the-job training coaching and feedback.Oversee and manage development of reports/deliverables to ensure successful delivery of engagement.Proactively raise risks and issues with leadership. Work with project team to develop mitigation plans. Contribute to go-to-market activities by managing proposal development supporting leadership in pitch preparation and undertaking critical engagement management activities.Contribute to generating revenue by identifying and communicating additional engagement opportunities across existing client engagementsDevelop a good understanding of EY solution offerings across the firm and start building a personal network to bring the best of EY to our clients. Be comfortable in positioning the value that People Consulting can deliver alongside our other service line offerings.Skills and Attributes for successKey capabilities you should be prepared to bring to client facing and internal initiative teams include:Experience managing workstreams or projects including preparing delivery plans in line with agreed scope managing delivery teams preparing and reviewing deliverables validating and presenting deliverables to clients and managing any risks. Experience supporting effective change management delivery across the lifecycle of a project i.e. from design to implementation. This should include experience developing: change impact assessments tailored change strategies approaches and plans stakeholder maps and other targeted change management assets.Experience supporting compelling communication and engagement delivery across the lifecycle of a project i.e. from design to implementation. This should include experience identifying audience/persona types completing channel assessments preparing communication narratives and supporting key messages preparing creative assets suitable for different audience types and other communication assets.Experience managing mentoring and coaching more junior team members. To qualify for the role you must have:Relevant professional service experience with a global management consultancy firm or niche consultancy or an internal change management / transformation role in which you had accountability to deliver change programmes.Experience working within both small and large multi-disciplinary teams to deliver functional and enterprise-wide transformation engagements.Experience of delivering change / communications projects across the Financial Services Sector is preferred (incl. Banking and Capital Markets Insurance Wealth and Asset Management FinTechs).Relevant degree-level education and/or professional qualifications.
