Sr Associate Digital Marketing

The Opportunity:We looking for a  for a Senior Associate Digital Marketing with in the Mattel Creations DTC/Ecommerce team. The position will be reporting into Senior Manager DTC & Ecommerce. The candidate will be focused on execution of our paid media campaigns (Paid Search Paid Social etc) and Email Marketing for our DTC Brand Mattel Creations across UK and Germany and potential further markets in 2026. The role includes: in platform set-up of campaigns their optimization and reporting back to the Ecommerce team. This is a new capability we are creating in-house which in the past was managed by an external agency. What Your Impact Will Be:Paid social (Meta TikTok) Paid Search (incl. ESP knowledge e.g. Klaviyo (preferred)Personalisation / AB testing experience within Media.Analytical prowess to drive optimization of live campaigns in-house and with agency partnersHighly self-motivated and proactive with an eye for detailAbility to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and proactively drive toward resultsCollaborative style with ability to challenge existing norms and status quoCompetent communicatorPositive attitude.
