As a General Assistant you willAssist in the serving of breakfast lunch snacks and dinner according to established menus and recipes.Maintain cleanliness of the front of house and back of house areas including organising dishes and utensils.Following proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination.Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies.Provide friendly and efficient service to students and staff during mealtimes addressing any concerns or special dietary needs.Participate in training sessions and meeting related to food service procedures safety protocols and customer service standards.Qualifications :  Ideally have experience working within cateringHave good Health & Safety knowledge.Flexible with a can-do attitude customer focused.Fun and enthusiasticHave excellent organization skills.Demonstrate great attention to detail.Be a team player and enjoy succeeding as a team.Possess great customer service skills.Have a flexible approach to workAdditional Information : For almost 20 years for every client in every location (whether thats an office stadium cathedral or university) we have created beautiful spaces exciting menus and friendly teams so that each and every customer can have the hospitality experience they deserve.We need the brightest and the best to join us to make this all possible.
