Job ProfileAn exciting and rare opportunity has arisen to recruit a highly motivatedLettings Manager at Your Move Ashford KentThis branch is part ofNational Home Movewho are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.The Lettings business in this region is very successful so we are looking for an experienced Lettings professional who can take on and continue this success.Are you a current Senior Lettings Negotiator looking for your next step or currently a Lettings manager looking for a bigger challenge We are very keen to speak to you.As a Lettings Manger working at Your Move we are proud to offer:On Target Earning (OTE) Package dependent on experience to be discussed.Incentivised commission and performance bonusesA 5-day working weekCompany pensionCompany eventsOpportunity for career progressionIn the role of a Lettings Manager you will be responsible for growing and developing the Lettings business within the branch by:Generating and conducting Lettings AppraisalsWinning and gaining new instruction on properties to letBusiness Prospecting and proactive activityLocal market knowledge and networkingMaximising branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages conveyancing insurance)Displaying excellent customer service at all timesExperience within the Lettings industry is essential:Experience:- Previous experience in Lettings is essential- Strong organisational and administrative skills- Knowledge of Lettings legislation and regulations- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities effectivelyThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Lettings Manager.
