Worth Recruiting is working with a highly successful independent estate agency in the Ashford, Greater London (TW15) area, seeking an experienced, highly professional Lettings Manager.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Leading and motivating a successful residential lettings team.
• Carrying out valuations, listings, and securing instructions.
• Driving business growth and delivering a high standard of customer service.
• Promoting creativity and innovation within the team.
• Identifying and acting on opportunities to win new and repeat business.
• Ensuring compliance and professionalism in all areas of agency operations.

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in residential sales and/or lettings is essential.
• Proven track record in listing / valuations and team leadership.
• Strong sales ability and excellent customer service skills.
• Professional, ambitious, and well-presented.
• Positive telephone manner and confident communicator.
• Knowledge of Ashford and surrounding areas is an advantage.
• Full UK driving licence essential; own car preferred.
