Location: ManchesterAbout the role: The Middle East Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition development and management of accounts based in the Middle East region. The responsibilities of this role include account planning and management opportunity management pipeline development and forecasting in Salesforce CRM and supporting the sales structure in a hybrid-work model to achieve or exceed targets on a consistent basis.Company Overview: Escode a global leader in software escrow solutions and part of NCC Group is dedicated to safeguarding businesses against unforeseen disruptions. Our solutions ensure business continuity and protect software investments making us the trusted intermediary for large-scale enterprises.Key responsibilitiesClient Management: Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key clients acting as the main point of contact to ensure satisfaction and trust.Strategic Planning: Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client goals and company objectives.
