Now were looking for a visionary leader to drive digital transformation across both our Decorative portfolio and People & Culture (P&C) processes.This is your opportunity to shape how digital innovation drives our success.Youll define and execute a digital vision developing and scaling products that challenge industry norms and deliver real customer value.Working closely with colleagues across leadership operations IT and external partners youll make sure our digital solutions deliver clear results and support Hempels future growthThe role reports to the Vice President Digital Product & Service Delivery based in Denmark.
