Product Designer - UX/UI - London

Product Designer required for a start-up business based in Central London. My client is seeking a suitable candidate to come on board to work closely with the team to quickly transform visions into impactful outcomes and pragmatically bring your creations to life by using UX/UI design.

The salary for this role is up to £45,000 per annum

Hybrid 1 day per week in Central London

4 day working week

Key Responsibilities

  • You will spearhead various initiatives, collaborating closely with the CPTO and software engineers to swiftly transform visions into impactful outcomes and pragmatically bring your creations to life. You'll be involved across the entire design lifecycle, from user research and wireframing to prototyping, high-quality UX/UI design, and defining clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Working with different departments, you'll enhance the company for the B2B users by crafting beautiful, effective, and intuitive experiences and components to address diverse design challenges. Balancing pixel-perfect detail with low-fidelity sketches and prototypes for rapid iteration, you will navigate trade-offs between design complexity and implementation simplicity to ensure solutions are practical.
  • You'll utilise tools like Figma and Jira to organise and document designs and user stories, along with GA4 and MixPanel for analytics.

Key Skills

  • Previous hands-on experience creating exceptional UX/UI designs for web platforms (both desktop and mobile) in customer-centric product environments, preferably within B2B settings
