Role: Product Owner (Enterprise SaaS)Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 (DoE)Location: Cambridge, hybrid (3 days per week in the office)This is a great opportunity for an experienced Product Owner or Business Analyst to join a collaborative software development team building products for UK and European markets. You will become the voice of the customer for a key operations platform, working closely with developers, testers and users to make sure the team is solving the right problems and delivering real value.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary product contact for the operations platform, representing the needs of both internal users and external customersBuild strong relationships with enterprise customers, handling onboarding, training and ongoing supportCoordinate customer queries, manage updates and ensure feedback is captured and fed back into the product roadmapLead customer onboarding activities, including training users, supporting required integrations and coordinating internal teams to set up market connectionsTranslate business and market needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories for the development teamProvide domain insight throughout the development lifecycle, including reviewing and refining solutions with the teamCarry out user acceptance testing to ensure new functionality meets customer needs before releaseMonitor upcoming market and regulatory changes and work with the Product Manager to shape longer term product strategyContribute to continuous improvement of product and development practices within an agile environmentSkills & Experience RequiredExperience working directly with enterprise customers on onboarding, training and support for complex software productsBackground as a Product Owner or Business Analyst on business software products, ideally B2B or enterpriseStrong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholdersComfortable translating complex business, market and operational needs into clear product requirementsExperience working in an agile software development environment, collaborating in cross functional teamsWell organised, able to balance day to day delivery with longer term product goalsCustomer focused mindset, with a track record of building trust and providing high quality serviceStrong team player who enjoys working in a friendly, collaborative environmentDesirableBackground in defining and delivering complex business software in a regulated or highly technical domainFamiliarity with agile practices such as XP, Scrum or KanbanExperience working in small, empowered product teams with a strong focus on continuous improvementWorking ModelPermanent, full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to FridayHybrid working with 3 days per week in the Cambridge office and the rest from homeFlexible working arrangements considered in line with team needsComprehensive benefits including discretionary bonus, company pension, private healthcare, 25 days holiday, flexible working hours and a relaxed, supportive working environmentKeywords Product Owner, Business Analyst, B2B Software, Enterprise Software, Customer Onboarding, Customer Training, Customer Support, Product Development, Agile, XP, Scrum, Kanban, Stakeholder Management, Cambridge, Hybrid WorkingPlease apply to find out more, or reach out to Sam Payne @ The One Group.
