Salary: £70,000 to £80,000


About the Role

Are you a seasoned finance professional with a passion for driving digital transformation? We're seeking a dynamic ERP Programme Manager to lead our clients through their digital evolution. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, overseeing complex projects, and delivering impactful solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement innovative finance transformation strategies aligned with client business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, technology adoption, and digital innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of finance initiatives.

Project Management Excellence:

  • Lead and manage complex finance transformation projects, from inception to completion.
  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Client Centricity:

  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Conduct workshops and presentations to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
  • Manage client expectations and deliver exceptional customer service.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Deep understanding of finance processes, systems, and tools (ERP, FP&A, RPA, data analytics).
  • Proficiency in leading digital transformation initiatives, including cloud migration, AI, and automation.
  • Experience in implementing industry best practices and standards.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Recruit and hire top talent to strengthen the team's capabilities.
  • Empower team members to take ownership and deliver exceptional results.

Business Growth:

  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales and marketing efforts.
  • Develop compelling proposals and presentations to win new clients.
  • Participate in industry conferences and events to enhance brand visibility.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record in finance transformation, with a focus on process improvement, technology implementation, and data analytics.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of finance functions, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, and treasury.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and change management techniques.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday), FP&A tools (Anaplan, OneStream, Hyperion), RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism), and data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
