The role of ERP Senior Test Manager will be responsible for:

Experience required

Strong background in ERP Test Management with demonstrable experience of delivering numerous end to end ERP test programmes Have a strong background within delivering test programmes within a Consulting environmentDemonstrable experience of leading large teams (both onshore and offshore), for major test programmesERP system functional knowledge (Oracle, SAP, WorkDay, MS Dynamics)You will have excellent stakeholder management skills, up to and including C-level executives with the ability to influence, build and maintain strong team and client relationships Strong people management skills with the ability to build a team with the experience to support client opportunities and projected growth.Solid problem-solving skills, ability to analyse complex data, identify core issues, investigate, evaluate and reach appropriate conclusions/solutionsExperience with SAP or MS Dynamics is desirableExperience of testing Finance and HR ERP modules is desirable
