If you’re ready to be part of the team shaping the industry, we’d love to hear from you.About The Opportunity:In this role, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of high-impact paid social campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands. You’ll have ownership of campaign performance, mentor junior team members, and play a key role in new business pitches. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about driving measurable results through data-led social media advertising.Key Responsibilities:Being responsible for the day-to-day paid media management of our large portfolio of campaignsMentoring less experienced members of the Paid and Campaign delivery teamOptimizing social campaigns across multiple campaigns across all channelsBeing data focused and mathematically inclinedDisplaying creativity when using ad toolsDriving ROI and trackable conversions not just to amplify viewsTracking conversion and pixel implementationExplaining a paid strategy to clientsWorking well in teams and thriving under pressureWorking on proposals for prospective clients by identifying strategies for each brand and their target audienceAttending pitches for prospective clients and assisting the client services team in selling paid media servicesTaking responsibility for ensuring numerous KPIs are hit and paid media campaigns are deliveredOverseeing and managing large budgets on multiple social campaignsReporting on campaigns and liaising with account managers to ensure the client is happy with resultsRunning global campaignsProficient reportingConfidently solving problems for our global clientsRequired experience to apply:3+ years paid media experienceHave the ability to work within a team & individuallyMotivated to run global campaignsHave the ability to work under pressure & to deadlinesCompany Culture and BenefitsRegular social events and ongoing clubsProvided MacBook laptop to work fromFlexi-hoursHybrid Working£200 grant to make your working from home set up comfortable once you’ve passed probationHealth and wellbeing allowance once you’ve passed probationHealth Insurance after you’ve passed probationLife Insurance Policy25 Days Holiday plus bank holidays, accruing up to 30 days based on length of serviceBirthday & Work Anniversary Days OffLength of Service GiftsIn-Office Benefits such as beauty treatments & yogaFlexible Bank HolidaysVolunteering DaysFree Flu JabsPlus many more
