Lead and supervise a team of production operatives to achieve daily production targets Promote and maintain high standards of health & safety, food safety, and quality compliance Monitor performance, attendance, and conduct within the team Ensure production lines and processes are operated safely and efficiently Coordinate staffing levels, breaks, and shift handovers Support training, coaching, and development of team members Identify and escalate operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives Ensure accurate completion of production and compliance documentation Proven previous experience in a team leadership or supervisory role within a manufacturing, production, or beverage/food environment Strong communication and people management skills Ability to lead by example and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Good understanding of health & safety and quality standards in manufacturing A flexible approach to shift working A minimum ILM Level 2 in Leadership and team skills qualification (or equivalent)
