A 3-month+ opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor has arisen with the local authorities in Coalville.Pay rate of £20,22 per hour PAYE plus Holiday pay.Candidate must be able to attend meeting in person as and when required at our offices in Coalville (Leicestershire).Job PurposeIn this role, you will be responsible for supporting and actioning day-to-day people-related issues. Those issues will include, recruitment and retention, performance management, employee onboarding, absence management and support, trade union liaison, organisation design, grievance and disciplinary management.Reporting directly to the Head of HR and OD, there will be an expectation you will use your initiative and experience to support the client managers in our Housing teams and other designated functional areas to ensure tenants and customers receive the best service from the Council.
