In this pivotal role, you will provide expert advice and support on complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, performance management, and conflict resolution. You will ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies while promoting a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide expert guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and company policies.
Conduct thorough investigations into disciplinary actions and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent handling.
Advise managers on best practices for performance management and conflict resolution.
Develop and implement employee relations strategies to enhance workplace harmony and productivity.
Coach and mentor junior HR staff, fostering their professional growth and development.
Monitor and analyse employee relations trends, recommending proactive solutions to emerging issues.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and policies, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops on employee relations topics to educate managers and employees.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of all employee relations cases.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of employment legislation, and significant experience in an employee relations role.
