We are looking for a experienced and talented Senior Sous Chef to join our fantastic client who is the worlds leading food service and facilities management company who will produce outstanding food.

About the Senior Sous Chef role:
* Plan and organise all direct preparations and cooking of food
* Making sure that the company's reputation is always quality with customers and clients
* Responsible for all stock control, waste control
* Ensuring all hygiene and health & safety requirements are met to the highest standards
* Work closely with leadership team on site

Ideal Senior Sous Chef will have:
