Your primary responsibilities will include:Building strong relationships to sell our recruitment services to both candidates and clientsDelivering exceptional customer service at all timesConsulting and advising companies on their recruitment plansDriving business growth through proactive sales activities, including phone and face-to-face interactionsTo excel as a Recruitment Consultant, you will need to bring a determination to succeed and excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – to your daily tasks. Proficiency in MS Office packages and a strong work ethic are also essential, and previous sales experience is desirable but not mandatory – we will provide comprehensive training.Our Yeovil office consistently ranks as the top-performing and award-winning branch, and we are committed to developing our team members, with an aim to promote from within.
