Credit Controller (Part-Time) Belfast(BT3) Salary c.£26K - £28K FTE DOE On behalf of our client, McKinty Associates are delighted to invite an experienced Credit Controller to join the busy Finance team on a Part-time basis. The ideal candidate would be available over 5 mornings however alternative working patterns will be considered. Duties/Responsibilities: Chase outstanding payments from debtors via telephone and email. Processing debit and credit card payments over the phone and through payment portals. Allocate all payments. Monitor and manage credit limits and terms. Investigate Queries. Creating weekly debtor reports. Negotiating fair repayment plans with customers, agreeing payment terms and conditions with clients on credit arrangements Preparation of the Overdues and Bad Debt Open New Accounts Carrying out thorough credit checks for new customers to ensure eligibility for credit Eligibility criteria: Previous credit control experience Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel including V-Lookup, formulas, and Pivot tables Ability to work under minimum supervision Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Strong IT skills and ability to work to deadlines.
