We invest in new and existing homes provide money advice and wellbeing employment and training support and build strong partnerships to support inclusive growth.We have an exciting position available for Senior Financial Inclusion Specialist to join usYoull deliver a customer-focused financial inclusion service to help customers manage their finances and improve their financial capability avoiding legal action and potential eviction.This role is key to ensuring our service provides exceptional customer experiences.Your knowledge and skills will provide coaching and feedback to fellow colleagues highlighting best practice and improvements in how we handle customer appointments. Supporting our customers with welfare benefits advice and money guidance necessary to sustain their tenancies.What were looking for: Experience of monitoring quality of advice with the ability to provide constructive feedback. Experience and knowledge in supporting customers through welfare benefit appeals including tribunals. Able to provide personal financial advice and guidance. Knowledge and experience of provision of advice on benefits including relevant legislation such as Welfare Reform Act 2012 Computer literate with experience of housing management systems and case management systems Able to design and deliver Financial Inclusion training courses for One Manchester customers.
