Were looking for a People PartnerCommercial Aviation Value Streams to join our team on a 6-month contract. This role is based in Derby and is a hybrid model Job Description - The Role The People Partner is responsible for partnering the business leadership team to develop and implement business strategy, with a focus on the people and organisational agenda. You will play a critical role in unlocking the full potential of the business by driving people initiatives that support growth, performance, and culture across the Civil Aerospace Commercial Aviation Value Streams. As a People PartnerCommercial Aviation Value Streams, you will: Partner the leadership team in mobilising the people strategy and driving the business plan, bringing the latest HR insights. Coach the leadership team in handling sensitive or complex people issues. Support leaders with their personal development and alignment to our leadership expectations. Provide employee relations advice aligned with the context of the business area. Manage people change programs in your business area and beyond. Develop effective talent and capability development plans to deliver strategic workforce plans and build an environment that supports our people to be at their best. Implement business level organisational change aligned to People / Business agenda. Work collaboratively with our broad people team network including our Global People Services team. What we require from the candidate: Strong experience in HR business partnering and managing people agendas in a complex business environment. Proven ability to coach leaders and provide guidance on sensitive or complex people issues. Experience in talent management, workforce planning, and organisational development. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across functions and at all levels. Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and diversity & inclusion best practices.
