Pertemps Lincoln are working closing with a fantastic local employer near Horncastle for a Flexographic Printer to join their ever-growing team on a permanent basis. You’d be joining an already successful team running printers and helping to hit weekly production targets. Day to day you will be ensure the department is ran smoothly, managing daily orders and maintaining an organised, safe production space. Key Responsibilities:Set up and run an 8 colour flexographic press.Monitor and control print quality, ensuring standards are met.Optimise print speeds.Efficiently deal with print faultsHighlight print issues to the print manager.Manage ink levels.Accurately capture data.Comply with good housekeeping, hygiene, health, safety, and environmental standards. Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum of three years’ flexographic printing at operator level in a manufacturing environmentWorking with computer systems and computer literateExperience of working on a three-shift system, morning, afternoons, and nightsHave a good understanding of health, safety, quality, hygiene, and environmental procedures. Hours and Pay:Monday to Friday: Rotating shift. 6AM to 2PM, 2PM to 10PM and 10PM to 6AM. (37.5 hours per week)£27,000 p/a to £34,000 p/a (DOE) How do I apply?
