New Business Manager

Are you ready to propel a fast-growing Influencer Marketing agency to new heights? At Four Stroke Media, we specialise in bridging the gap between brands and influencers. We are on the lookout for a New Business Manager who will not only drive our sales to new levels but also manage and expand our clientele. As the leading force behind our sales strategy, you’ll work directly under the guidance of the Directors, playing a key role in sourcing, generating and building new business avenues for our company.
Role Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, target and engage with global brands to secure new business opportunities
- To identify, generate and cultivate relationships with new customers, leading to the establishment of new client accounts
- Working with the Directors to create and execute the New Business strategy, achieving New Business targets on a quarterly and annual basis
- Have the ability to bring new ideas and sales experience together to drive company growth forward with new business
- Consistently contribute to updating the New Business strategy by analysing attained results and offering insights to fine-tune the approach in accordance with prevailing industry trends
- To find the best possible influencer marketing solutions for our clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring our services exceed their expectations
- Efficiently transition new customers to the Operations team, ensuring maximum sales potential
- Implement company sales strategies, oversee the complete service offering, and manage an effective sales pipeline
- Craft business proposals and campaign strategies
- Managing Sales performance & forecasting, regularly preparing and presenting sales and client reports
- Implement and refine sales processes and methodologies
Requirements:
- A mix of drive, confidence, and ambition to support the growth of a pioneering Influencer Marketing agency
- Ability to tailor solutions for clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Strongly self-motivated and autonomous (not sitting around waiting for things to come to you)
- Great interpersonal and negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
- A drive and passion to succeed and an ability to make things happen
- Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
- Honest, transparent and able to deal with people in an empathetic manner
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements, events and team meetings
- You must have eligibility to work in the UK
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, driving new business and lead generation and managing a sales pipeline
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience of handling client relationships including contract negotiations
- Selling agency solutions within the digital marketing space (preferred)
- Use of CRM systems such as Hubspot/Salesforce (preferred)
- Use of Apollo.io (preferred)
