The Opportunity We are working with a leading international construction company to recruit an experienced Training Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who is passionate about workforce development and wants to play a pivotal role in shaping training strategy on a major infrastructure project. Key Responsibilities As Training Manager, you will: Develop and deliver a comprehensive training framework to meet organisational and project needs. Conduct training needs analyses and design targeted learning solutions. Oversee technical, compliance, and professional development programmes across diverse teams. Partner with senior leadership, HR, and operational managers to ensure training supports workforce capability and succession planning. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, driving continuous improvement. Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Lead and mentor training coordinators and facilitators, fostering a culture of learning. Manage relationships with external training providers and accrediting bodies.
