  • Take a proactive approach to answering queries from patients and other healthcare professionals, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Work alongside the medical team to provide administrative support, including preparing and typing medical documents and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure efficient operations and contribute to improving current processes.
  • Maintain stock levels of medical supplies and ensure all necessary equipment is readily available when needed.
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and adhere to data protection regulations.
  • Support the overall smooth running of the practise and contribute to creating a positive and welcoming environment for patients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a medical setting.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Proficiency in using office software and computer systems.
  • Audio typing experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
