Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Sales Administrator to join a brand new office in Barking, you will be representing a 5* developer. This is a temp to perm position, ideal for someone who is organised, computer literate, and has a good understanding of the customer journey in new home sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle invoicing, reservations, and filing tasks efficiently.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, representing the developer professionally.
- Manage the administrative process from exchange to completion.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Utilise Excel for data management and reporting tasks.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Excel.
- Understanding of the customer journey in new home sales.
- Knowledge of the exchange to completion process.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in the office 5 days a week.
- Strong communication skills to represent the developer effectively.
