We are seeking a highly experienced Performance & Analytics Specialist to join a dynamic project team responsible for outsourcing performance measurement to a global service provider. This is a unique opportunity to contribute subject matter expertise, business analysis, and project execution skills to a multiphase delivery programme spanning all asset classes and product types.Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the delivery of performance measurement outsourcing across internal IBOR systems and third-party platforms. Collaborate with global stakeholders across time zones, including third-party providers and internal teams. Provide deep subject matter expertise in performance measurement, IBOR, and investment data. Drive testing, documentation, and process development to ensure seamless transition to BAU. Represent the business in client meetings, working sessions, and senior stakeholder engagements. Required Expertise: Investment Management Experience: Minimum 3 years in performance/3roles within global asset managers or consulting firms. Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of performance calculation methodologies, asset classes, IBOR data, and SQL/VBA or similar tools Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Desirable Qualifications: Professional certifications such as CIPM. Experience with vendor platforms and performance systems. Strong business change management capabilities.
