Als SAP-Recruiter bei uns spielen Sie eine zentrale Rolle bei der Suche nach erstklassigen Talenten, um unseren anhaltenden Erfolg und unser Wachstum zu fördern. Wir suchen eine proaktive und ergebnisorientierte deutschsprachige Persönlichkeit zur Verstärkung unseres Teams. In dieser Funktion sind Sie für die Suche, Auswahl und Einstellung von talentierten Fachkräften mit Fachkenntnissen in SAP-Technologien verantwortlich. Sie werden KI-Tools und Headhunting-Methoden einsetzen, um Ihr Netzwerk zu erweitern und die besten SAP-Talente auf dem europäischen Markt zu gewinnen.


  • Zusammenarbeit mit Account Managern, um den Personalbedarf zu verstehen und effektive Einstellungsstrategien zu entwickeln.
  • Nutzung verschiedener Sourcing-Methoden, einschließlich Networking, KI-Automatisierung, Direktansprache, soziale Medien und Empfehlungen, um qualifizierte SAP-Fachkräfte zu gewinnen.
  • Sichtung von Lebensläufen und Durchführung von Qualifizierungsprozessen für bestimmte SAP-Positionen.
  • Aufbau und Pflege einer starken Talentpipeline für den aktuellen und zukünftigen Einstellungsbedarf.
  • Halten Sie sich über Branchentrends, Marktbedingungen und Praktiken von Wettbewerbern auf dem Laufenden, um Einstellungsstrategien zu entwickeln.


Ihre Erfahrungen und Fähigkeiten:


  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind für diese Position unerlässlich.
  • Sie haben Erfahrungen in der Personalbeschaffung oder im Vertrieb gesammelt, idealerweise im SAP-Markt oder einem ähnlichen Technologiemarkt.
  • Sie sind motiviert, erfolgreich zu sein und arbeiten gerne in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld.
  • Sie sind bestrebt, sich ständig weiterzuentwickeln und neue Rekrutierungsstrategien zu erlernen.
  • Hervorragende kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, auf Bewerber und Stakeholder einzugehen und sie zu beeinflussen.
  • Organisationstalent mit außergewöhnlicher Liebe zum Detail und der Fähigkeit, mehrere Prioritäten zu setzen.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit der Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Power Point, Word).
  • Es ist kein Hochschulabschluss erforderlich.
