**Job Description:**

We are seeking a talented and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of Italian cuisine, a flair for creativity, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

- Develop and design innovative and seasonal menus that reflect authentic Italian cuisine.

- Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.

- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste and presentation.

- Monitor food costs and maintain budgetary control.

- Enforce health and safety standards in the kitchen.

- Source high-quality ingredients and maintain relationships with suppliers.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role, preferably in an Italian restaurant.

- Exceptional culinary skills with a strong understanding of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
