Facilities Supervisor We're currently recruiting a dedicated Facilities Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week. As a Facilities Supervisor, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Please note: This role is contracted to 49 weeks per year Could you bring your spark to Defence? Here's what you need to know before applying: Your key responsibilities will include:

• Handle enquiries for bookings received by email and telephone promptly and effectively
• Process booking forms and distribute to the Mess Accountant
• Input bookings onto Excel spread sheets, ensuring that the data is up to date at all times
• Ensure that stocks of items such as crockery, cutlery and beverages are replenished
