Ackerman Pierce is currently supporting a leading local authority within Southend to recruit for a Social Worker for the Ageing Well Team on a permanent basis paying £39,125-£45,091 P/Annum. Our client has a well-structured and organised team that are looking to grow their staffing levels. The role offers flexible working hours and has a supportive team culture with regular supervision on cases. Southend is embedding a systemic approach and is currently undergoing several changes focussed on reducing caseloads and improving outcomes for families.
