Estates Compliance Officer required to work with our client, the South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust. This post is based at The Ulster Hospital, Dundonald, however the successful candidate will need to travel between various sites. This is a temporary ongoing post that will last a minimum of 6 months with a possibility of extension. The successful candidate will start immediately and work 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday, with a pay rate of £18.10 per hour. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of specific elements of estates operations relating to the engineering compliance and services. In Working as part of a team of estates officers, the post holder will assist in managing, coordinating and providing professional and technical advice relating to building/engineering projects, this will include being the Administrator for the Estates CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management) system. Main Duties: Review and update engineering policies and procedures Provide maintenance services utilising both in-house and external contractors Assist in compiling, reviewing and implementing an engineering plan Maintain records of engineering surveys, testing and validation of Trust equipment Assist in development of the budget for maintenance and minor works.
