IT Support Analyst

Is this the IT Support Analyst role for you?

Crone Corkill are partnered with a very well established, Central London based Architecture client who are looking to add an IT Support Analyst to the team. Focusing predominantly on 1st & 2nd Line responsibilities as part of a growing IT team, you’ll be key in proactively ensuring the support of circa 200 end users in their London office.


Any experience working in the Architecture industry is highly desirable.


What will you do as an IT Support Analyst?

  • Respond to tickets raised via Microsoft Teams
  • Create and administer user accounts on Office 365/Azure and Active Directory
  • Proactively support end users deskside
  • Ensure end users have the correct licenses and software installed
  • Troubleshoot the O365 suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange etc)
  • Mobile devices management of iPhones and iPads
  • Perform IT inductions for new starters
  • Install and maintain IT hardware and troubleshoot & resolve issues related to laptops, desktops, mobile devices etc
  • Set up meeting room & AV equipment, perform tests and ensure everything remains in good working order
  • Collaborate with the MSP


What skills do you need to be an IT Support Analyst?

  • The ability to work independently on Desktop Support
  • Customer service expertise
  • Desktop Support in a Windows 10/11 environment
  • Office 365/Azure admin
  • Understanding of Windows Server, Mac OS, iOS etc
  • Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange etc admin
  • Active Directory admin
  • Previous experience in the Architecture industry (advantageous)
