The Operations Associate will play a pivotal role in supporting daily business operations, enhancing workflows, and ensuring that teams are equipped to deliver outstanding service to our clients and partners. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent organisational skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a drive to support operational efficiency, sales outreach, and customer satisfaction.
Operations Support:
- Operational Coordination: Oversee and execute day-to-day operational tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and managing data to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
- Process Optimisation: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve internal processes, and enhance operational productivity across teams.
- Documentation & Organisation: Manage and organise key documents (invoices, copyrights, financial records, etc.), ensuring they are easily accessible, and up-to-date.
- Client and Vendor Relations: Act as a point of contact for clients and vendors, providing timely responses and solutions to inquiries and maintaining strong relationships.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and finance, to align goals and execute shared initiatives.
- Operational Metrics: Monitor and track key business metrics, such as logins, sales figures, and engagement data, to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a related field. Previous experience in a creative or startup environment is a plus.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required if relevant experience is demonstrated.
- Skills:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage a variety of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Hubspot welcomed
- Experience with sales outreach tools or customer relationship management is an asset.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Problem-Solver: A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and address them with creative solutions.
- Collaborative: Team-oriented with a willingness to collaborate across departments (marketing, engineering, finance) to achieve shared business goals.
