Where you will be working Location: 190 Barnet Road, Potters Bar, Hertfordshire, EN6 2SE Join the team at Potters Bar Clinic providing care for young people and adults with acute mental health needs and personality disorders in an established 24-hour care environment. The CAMHS Tier 4 Low Secure services are for young people aged 13–18. Potters Bar Clinic is located in a residential area, only one minute drive from the M25 and a short bus ride from Potters Bar Train Station, with a bus stop right outside, making it an easy commute for most. What you will be doing: Working within the multidisciplinary team, you will provide a high profile, visible leadership to the team, meeting Safeguarding requirements, undertaking monthly and quarterly audits and governance reports. Things that you will have: Extensive experience in Safeguarding principles and procedures and legislative requirements. An excellent understanding of audit standards and clinical governance Extensive experience in undertaking clinical audit activities Have the ability and willingness to use a variety of IT systems Ability to disseminate audit outcomes that generate changes to professional practice  Ability to lead Continuous Improvement processes in a Health Care facility Sound knowledge of the relevant legislative and regulatory body requirements (Care Quality Commission - CQC) Knowledge and understanding of contemporary clinical risk management strategies that are effective in promoting and ensuring high quality patient care Experience in analysing clinical information and creating reports for internal/external stakeholders Proven ability to successfully motivate a clinical services team providing positive leadership and clinical networking opportunities Demonstrate communication skills of a high level including written and verbal communication, ability to listen and summarise and presentation skills Able to deliver education and training in relation to Safeguarding To be successful in this role, you will have: Social Work England registration A Social Work degree   Proven experience working at a management level within the health care industry Safeguarding Lead (level 4) training Demonstrated understanding of private and public health sector funding models   What You’ll Get At Elysium Healthcare, we believe in taking care of the people who care for others, you’ll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your wellbeing, growth, and future: Annual base salary of £57,200 The equivalent of 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) – plus your birthday off and the option to buy additional annual leave, in our annual selection window.
