Your responsibilities will include:Delivering and monitoring tenant engagement activities and their impactSupporting colleagues to champion resident involvementProviding clear performance information on engagementUsing social media and other channels to connect with residentsChallenging and driving improvements in engagement with evidence of impactAbout YouYoull have experience in event or project management with a track record of successful resident or community engagement. Youre detail-oriented analytical and a confident communicatorboth written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office essential.
