Contract: September - November

Salary: £12 to £14.50 p/h plus exclusive agency benefits.

September-November: Rota'd work - including evenings (12pm-8pm) and some weekends

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the historical backlog of tickets making sure that the end user is always communicated to throughout the life cycle
  • Managing information and general administration support for the IT service management tool, keeping all records up to date
  • Ensuring all incidents and service requests adhere to SLAs and are recorded accurately against KPIs
  • Ensuring all completed tickets are closed to the satisfaction of the requestor
  • User testing - performing testing exercises on the online platform and reporting back on performance
  • Responsible for dealing with escalated matters and sensitively handling client/ customer issues to a resolution
  • Handling customer/ client queries relating to the online user platform

Requirements

  • Experience in a ticketing customer service role
  • Quick learner, proficient with IT systems & support
  • An interest/passion for sports is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends from September
