This is an excellent opportunity to take your career to the next level, we are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGES SPACE, SPECIFICALLY WITHIN A LENDER FIELD BASED BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER ROLE.
With one of the strongest offerings on the market, our client are already one of the biggest lenders within the specialist industry, which makes the job MUCH easier The existing team are highly experienced, friendly, and passionate about what they do, so we are looking for someone to slot right in to this wonderful dynamic.
You will be working remotely covering your own patch, so it is important that you are a confident self-starter with a good network of brokers/intermediaries and the ability to go out and find business. Relationship building is key, so we need you to be someone who is keen to grow your network and really add value to all of your interractions. As a Field based Business Development Manager, you will be required to cover a designated postcode region, so it is ESSENTIAL that you have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
The patch is North London, including East Anglia (AL/SG/CM/SS/HP/SL/RG/OX/MK/NN/LU/CB/CO/IP/NR/PE) please note- you MUST live on patch.
