The Company:

ER Recruitment is excited to be working exclusively with our client, who is a market leading company that provides concept to delivery services in Events, Production, Brand Management and PR.

The company are looking for an individual who is confident, commercially minded and hands-on. The successful person will be creative, ambitious, results-focused while also being fun and professional.

Role & Responsibilities of the Office Manager:

  • Be a central business administration support function for the organisation, its clients and its associated projects.
  • Create client contracts in line with Service Level Agreements on behalf of the Account Managers.
  • Reconcile bank and keep up-to-date details of cashflow.
  • Process all invoices.
  • Create and send invoices to clients through Quikbooks and keep track of payments, chasing those outstanding.
  • Support processing and reporting of monthly payroll with the company’s accountant.
  • Provide executive and personal support to the Managing Director.
  • Take ownership of the company calendars and arrangement of meetings.
  • Strengthen the Senior Management Team by providing support, advice and innovative insights to drive positive change.
  • Take ownership; develop and enforce company-wide policies and procedures.
  • Lead on all the businesses’ external policies, insurance, contracts and their affiliated renewals by directly managing a five-figure budget and negotiating the best deals for the business.

About You as the Office Manager:

  • Previous experience in an all-rounded role encompassing executive and personal assistance to the leader of a business, as well as elements of office management and basic finance tasks.
  • Exceptional administration, organisational and management skills.
  • Excellent time management ability to schedule and implement all tasks in hand.
  • A strong communicator with a broad vision and ability to plan ahead.
  • A tenacious individual of a confident nature.
  • A commercially minded individual with a professional approach.
  • Results focused with the ability to demonstrate a personal approach with creative thinking, intuition and flair.
  • Successful multi-tasker when juggling conflicting priorities and time pressures.
  • Highly focused on detail and can manage situations with transparency and humility.
  • A collaborative team player with a fun nature and positive outlook.
