Senior or Principal ASIC Design Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior or Principal ASIC Design Engineer to join a talented and well established HW team in the beautiful City of Cambridge. You will join a company who have a passion for creativity and innovation, with over millions of their product sold in the last decade this is a superb time to join.

I am looking for an experienced Senior or Principal ASIC Design Engineer to join the team, on site in Cambridge.

As an experienced design engineer, you will be capable of and comfortable with working autonomously.

This role requires a good level of experience and a wide range of skills. You would have some or all of the following skills and experience:

  • Hands-on experience working on complex SoC designs.
  • Experience of digital and physical silicon IP, such as processors, USB, PCIe, DDR SDRAM, Wi-Fi, SDIO/eMMC, MIPI CSI/DSI
  • Experience of interconnect standards.
  • Ability to form requirements and specify architectural features.
  • Expert-level Verilog/SystemVerilog for design and verification
  • Familiarity with scripting languages.
