As a Learning Mentor, you will support students on a 1:1 and small-group basis, focusing on emotional regulation, academic progress, and behaviour management. You will work closely with the pastoral team to create positive outcomes for students. An enhanced DBS on the update service and relevant SEMH/PRU experience are essential.
