CTV Lead - Global AdTech Vendor

£90-£100k + bonus


We’re excited to be partnered with a global AdTech powerhouse, on the hunt for a new CTV Lead.


HQ in Europe, the business has a trusted and scaled full tech stack, and are seen as a ‘go to’ partner for leading agencies, advertisers and publishers.


The business is a publicly traded company, with 2000+ employees and a very strong presence in EMEA, US & APAC.


The role


The CTV Lead will be responsible for leading this new business unit within the organisation, implementing the successful final development, packaging and launch of their proprietary CTV solution.


You’ll be the expert on our client’s CTV product, both internally and externally, with AHG’s, advertisers and third party tech partners, and of course, there’s an expectation for this person to regularly attend industry events to further champion this new division within the business.


This is a newly created role for the organisation, and the expectation is that the candidate coming in brings with them a wealth of knowledge in CTV.


You


You’ll have 8-10+ years industry experience, with your most recent experience being in CTV, either from an AdTech vendor, CTV business or broadcaster.


You'll have extensive experience in sales strategy, GTM and product marketing, and your previous roles will have involved working closely with product and sales teams, bridging the gap between the two departments, and speaking both languages.


Whilst this isn’t a sales role, the successful candidate must have strong commercial acumen and be comfortable working against revenue targets.
