Our client, a leading property management company, is seeking an experienced and proactive Service Charge Accountant to take ownership of service charge accounts across a diverse retail and industrial property portfolio. This role has been created to address a backlog of accounts and historical debt, requiring an individual with strong technical expertise and the ability to manage complex reconciliations. You will work closely with surveyors, property managers, and operational teams, acting as a trusted advisor who can confidently challenge, guide, and collaborate to ensure accuracy and compliance. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on project-based work and enjoys resolving legacy issues to deliver clear, accurate financial outcomes.
