Are you hungry for success?🚀 Kickstart Your Career in Account Management 🚀This is a development and client support role that will be tailored to the individual.The purpose of the role is to support the day-to-day running of a major brand key account ensuring great customer service is provided and service excellence is delivered.The candidate would be expected to be a quick learner, challenge the effectiveness of business processes which underpin performance, contribute to continuous improvement projects, participate in customer meetings, respond to customer queries and drive value for TVS Supply Chain Solutions and performance for the client.This is not a sales position. It is about providing service, understanding processes and supporting the client.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Build strong relationships with the client.Support the wider TVS SCS team to ensure contract performance KPI’s and inspirational service is deliveredWork with the relevant stakeholders to ensure contracted profit and revenue targets are achievedIdentify and suggest continuous improvement ideas and cost-down opportunities to the clientTo support the customer and TVS SCS in reviewing the effectiveness of KPI’s and performance measurement of the contractsSupport the customer in preparing and delivering monthly & quarterly client meetingsSuggest flexible & innovative solutions to the client’s operational issuesBuild and maintain relationships with all key internal stakeholders within TVS SCSIdentify growth opportunities and solutions for both the Client and TVS SCSMaintain reports in the form of management reports and operational review minutesKeep abreast of the client’s issues, industry issues and all related legislative matters, to develop their knowledge and business networkSupport the Head of Key Accounts with any ad-hoc project supportKnowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience:This role will be ideal for someone looking to develop their skill set within Account Management.
