This allows each employee to have a vested interest in the company, where we can all contribute to and share in the company’s success.Now, we’re looking for an Account Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis covering customer accounts in Surrey, West Sussex, East Sussex and further travel to South Wales and Southern England too.The Benefits- Competitive basic salary- Company car or car allowance included- Bonus potential available- London weighting (if living within the M25)- Contributory Pension scheme- Discounts and cashback on shopping, supermarkets and holidays as part of our rewards scheme- 33 days’ holiday including Bank Holidays- Full Induction with great training and support from dedicated team members- Receive a treat on your birthday- Be a part of an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) and the associated benefits of having a stake in the companyThe RoleAs an Account Manager, you will manage key contracted Medstrom accounts and identify/ develop new business opportunities within these accounts.You will develop, maintain and address customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible whilst engaging internal resources to best meet the needs of the customer.- Management of existing contracted accounts to deliver Key Performance Indicators and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.- Establish and maintain key customer relationships and become the customers first point of contact, building long-term relationships with the Trust.- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.- Identify and maximise business development opportunities for both products and services.- Forecast and track key account metrics.- Monitor and analyse customers’ usage of products.Working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.About YouTo be considered as an Account Manager, you will need:- Successful senior sales/account management experience, preferably within Medical Devices - Strong market knowledge to help identify opportunities for the business- Proven results in growing existing accounts and generating leads that evolve into new rental / capital business- Outstanding communication and relationship building skills- Extensive and demonstrable contract / service management experience within a senior NHS level with proven results- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications- Data analysis skills, including Power Bi preferable- Experience of tendering/ operating leases/ contract implementation an advantage- Hold and maintain a valid full driving licenceIn addition to the salary and related benefits, you will join a company that has grown extensively within the last five years and, through our unique ownership model, is continuing to grow, whilst offering great career opportunities for those who are keen to progress.Webrecruit and Medstrom are equal opportunities employers, value diversity and are strongly committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all employees and all applicants for employment.
